Our headquarters is based in the Pathology and Pharmacy Building at The Royal London Hospital, Newark Street. We also provide services from a number of other locations.
Cancelling and questions about your appointment
If, for any reason, you are not able to keep your appointment, or require further details, please tell us as soon as possible by calling the telephone number that is on your appointment letter or card so that your appointment can be given to another patient.
Making a comment or complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, or the care we are providing for your relative or friend, please raise the issue with us as soon as possible so that we can address it. Find out how to tell us what you think.
